Under the sign of artistic meetings
Because the Oise Philharmonic Orchestra's mission is to train for orchestral professions, it draws, perhaps more than other orchestras, from all artistic encounters, sometimes of a very high standard. , which he has the pleasure of doing throughout his musical seasons. The 2013-2014 season is particularly rich in this regard. It started with Boris Berezovski, whom the Orchestra had the privilege of accompanying in a school concert given in the framework of PIANOSCOPE, it will end with those, eagerly awaited, of the cellist Raphael Wallfisch in his Master class with orchestra the Beauvais Cello Festival, and the soprano Julie Cherrier at the Festival des Forêts in Compiègne. Of course, the Orchestra awaits with as much impatience the now traditional meeting with Emmanuelle Bertrand in the general public in the hall of the departmental hotel.
General public with Emmanuelle Bertrand.
Emmanuelle Bertrand, director of the artistic committee of the Beauvais Cello festival, was elected Artist of the Year 2011 by Diapason magazine and France Musique listeners, Diapason d'Or of the year for her disc "The cello speaks ". Since then, she continues to accumulate international successes, sometimes as a soloist, sometimes in chamber music, notably with the pianist Pascal Amoyel.
She conquered the Beauvais public by her immense qualities as a musician artist, but also by her sense of sharing. She gives her all during her performances, including during the general public with the Oise Philharmonic Orchestra in preparation for the Master class with festival orchestra.
